写真を撮ると人間の顔がカウ化され、画像に「ATARI」が出たら、Ben & Jerry’s 店舗にてスモールサイズアイスクリームを1つ無料でプレゼント!”という太っ腹なキャンペーンです。
顔判定エンジンのAPIを使用し、WebサイトとiPhoneアプリから画像投稿が可能。
店舗のスタッフの方がスムースにアタリ画像とアイスを交換できる管理画面も制作しています。
This is part of Ben and Jerry’s launch campaign for Japan. Using the Ben and Jerry's Facebook account, we communication with users, regularly releasing exciting site contents, such as mini-games and iPhone apps. We worked out the balance between giving our users information, but not to intimidate them by too much messages. Currently, by playing browser games like “Cow-Ling” and “Cow-Chop”, and using the iPhone app “Planet of the Cows” (where you can change a photo of a face into a cow), users can get coupons and chances for free ice cream at the store. There are also auction projects to donate profits and more. We plan to produce more site contents, apps, and plans through out the year. Receiving over ten thousand likes in the first few weeks, it is now the most talked-about Facebook page. (17,972 likes have now been received as of June 21, 2012)
